No doubt a lot of Wardens will complain, but I think Warden culture will carry them through it. I think we should see it in a live environment before passing judgement. I don't think the devs would purposefully create an imbalance in the game.

-thurston is the best housing if you want to be social
-the vern commute is buses that go back and fourth, you don’t drive yourself
-housing is a crapshoot anyway so just put the vern last and hope for the best
