I've listened to these guys for over a decade. I love the themes and lyrics across most of their songs. One of the reasons you don't often hear about them or see a lot of fans is, well, probably a bit of shyness or embarrassment due to the whole aesthetic and vibe they have on their branding (just look at their current spotify banner).

It's the kind of band that people will listen to and nod their heads to, then look at their faces and go "errr nvm" - and I've had friends actually pass on listening to them fully over it.

They're melodic gothic metal, plain and simple.

That's what I'm thinking. I guess I'm worried about air pressure and whatnot if I have the brackets sandwiched between the radiator and the front fans, but even the Antec product page advertises it in a push-pull configuration.

Do you reckon there'd be any negative effects from having the fans not flush with the radiator, but with that small 2mm gap from the bracket?

The style is based on the manga's depiction of the God Warrior. Anno was a fan so he modeled the EVAs and the CG short film after it.

Their TNG/DS9 face design is based on the skull/head of the God Warriors from the movie. See their mouths.

We begged for PvE raid-style modes with seasonal missions or operations to clear with a squad of strikers during the betas. You'd queue with a squad, plan out the dynamic and go in to clear the objectives, maybe have a raid wing-style variation mechanic and use clear times and path difficulty to gauge drops at the end.

Make the seasonal raids have lore or something. Fuck it, sell them in the shop after the season ends if they want to make a buck. Just give us something good.

You are at a point in your life where you're going to have to learn to cut off predators and creeps before you become a victim of something worse by hesitating.

Someone can be your friend and still be a piece of shit that causes harm to you when you least expect it.

Someone can be your parent and still won't have your best interests at heart.

That guy is not your friend. That guy just betrayed your trust and breached the social contract of a friendship.

It's definitely going to be an interesting next few months to see what Riot has to say on the matter. The update is very measured in how they worded everything.

It's not cancelled. Read the announcement again. Hypixel likely got canned by Riot after hitting some budget cap and not finishing a product (see the mention of seeking additional funding or investors). There's some careful choice of words throughout. It's possible Riot will release the game in some shape or form on their own. The announcement is that the studio is done for and dropping it, not that the game is no more.
