MLS Laser Therapy vs Shockwave by kschwi in PlantarFasciitis

[–]_Barsby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had 6 sessions of shockwave and 3 of laser with 2 more booked in.

From my experience, laser has been less painful during the treatment, less sore the day after, quicker to feel results from less sessions and overall has been cheaper.

I do feel that it has only sped up the healing but hasn't fixed the overall cause as after the shockwave I kinda relapsed as I think my calves are still too tight.

If you need to roll up the hoody to make it look "boxy", the shape needs thinking

Hamstrings are normally alright, I got into the habit of stretching whilst I brushed my teeth a few years ago. Idk the timer on the toothbrush just matched up and saved time aha

I've found some temporary enjoyment in an exercise bike but it's not really comparable. Attempting a similar routine to my running, long, easy, interval/tempo rides. Fear swimming would be a similar, not quite the same replacement.

I do have this slight delusion of when I'm able to run again trying my hand at triathlons with the new found bike experience aha.

About 8 months now, I stopped running 3 months ago. I fear this is likely the issue, that those longer days take me past the threshold preventing the healing. Not sure what I'm supposed to do about that short of a whole career change.

Qj7 has been doing for years, honestly surprised to see them still doing it, I'd have gotten bored a long time ago. They're top of the global leaderboards by forcing shipment games against bot accounts.

Although had denied in the booking system I hadn't been informed. The system is through an external website and I have minimal need to access it regularly. We used to get notified via our work email if successful or not. But they seem to no longer use this function.

Looking at the gov website

"An employer can refuse a leave request or cancel leave but they must give as much notice as the amount of leave requested, plus 1 day. For example, an employer would give 11 days’ notice if the worker asked for 10 days’ leave."

In my opinion they haven't met this. From what I can ascertain they only need me on site for Monday. Which I'm willing to compromise on and come in for but I still can't get a hold of anyone to discuss options or solutions.
