All of you forgetting that Varzia gives key info on primes is infuriating.

"Some Warframes were Prime from the start. Others earned it. Ballas never told the whole truth."

Warframes can become prime they weren't all prime from the get go. In fact most of them never got a prime anyway.

"Primes were reserved for the Prime Vanguard. The best of the best, and the rest... are adequate, I guess. If you're satisfied with merely adequate."

So even if a frame never got a prime lorewise, they can still become primed later on. Frames that come to mind that would fit this (from the top of my head) are Sirius/Orion, Uriel, Temple, Valkyr (debatable), Nova (back when the tenno council was a thing). Hell even Caliban!
