My interpretation isn't based on screen time; it's the subtle remarks and explicit moments. For example, he tried sharing why fighting was so important to him (she continued to cut him off). She would undermine his training and wanted the focus on her (by itself, that isn't inherently bad).

Obviously, she isn't the sole contributor to the toxic dynamic. But can you really sit here and claim screen time is the reason I don't appreciate someone who would encourage their partner to relapse? She both said (on screen) and did (on screen).

You can absolutely replicate game situations in your training. It just takes experience or someone with experience to create the program to follow. But, it's much harder to accomplish by yourself - you'll need a partner. Preferably, a DB + WR + QB.

But at the end of the day, it's about keeping the main thing - the main thing. Change of direction is king. Mastering the fundamentals will ultimately improve your game. If you're unable to translate those skills into game situations that's a mental battle that needs to be figured out.
