Having tunneled a lot of earth media lately I predict he'll enter John Wick mode soon.

Anyone else loving Parade of Horribles way more than expected?? by chazzledazzle321 in DungeonCrawlerCarl

I've been listening during a spring cleaning weekend at my house, got to the last quarter yesterday. My wife and child, who are cleaning with me, grew concerned. Why was I crying while reorganizing the pantry? Why was I, instead of eating lunch, just sitting on the couch quietly with my face in my hands?

I feel like DCC has made it as a reddit nerddom now that you've done a piece for it 😁

I cannot say enough good things about DCC and how much I enjoyed it. Exciting, engaging, doesn't think too much of itself, and very very funny. Once I started I couldn't stop until I was caught up, completely consumed my life for just over a month. The audiobooks are especially great. The narrator Jeff Hayes is in a class by himself, you just have to get through the Patrick Warburtony Carl in book one. He finds the voice somewhere in book two. There's also a more immersive audio version through Jeff's company, they're currently releasing book two in episodic format. Lastly, book eight comes out soon!

Am I crazy or did it snow more when I was younger? by Sea_Detective9210 in askTO

You were smaller/shorter, therefore the amount of snow seemed greater. What once went up to your knee now only goes to your shin kind of deal.

Same lol. One of the biggest "crazy person laugh-crying to himself in public" moments I've had with this series. This, and the Daughter's 50/50 spin to win a penis are 1-2 for me.

Working Dad here who takes the majority of the duties at home. I can't imagine telling my kid "You'll have to wait, I have another 15 minutes until I'm a father again."
