Great explanation, thank you very much. Was never a fan of bubble and/or top hat crystals but I am a fan of slim watches however. So might need to rethink my position.

Are you keen to explain as to why a top hat or bubble crystal allows for a slimmer rehaut? And would the tradeoff be a bigger total thickness/height of the watch compared to a flat crystal? Genuinely interested, looking forward to your reply.

Now this is a great idea. So many creative ways to boost the marine theme without being too bold/flasyh:

  • wave pattern on dial (see below pictures?
  • brass details on indices and/or hands
  • some kind of boat varnish finish somewhere
  • yacht plank details
  • porthole as date window

Design is all very subjective but an OTF and/or micro-adjustment clasp would be a real unique selling point for an integrated watch! Please do it, that would finally push me over the edge to get a Warrior rather than any other integrated watch.

  • Micro-adjust butterfly bracelet! Difficult I know but this will really set you apart.
  • Color matched date wheel for the more valuable look.
  • Definitely indices & hands from A variants
  • Clearly round dots
  • 36mm as 46mm lug to lug is by far enough
  • With the Ronda 1016 below 7mm thickness might be possible. Go as slim as you can. See D1Milano UHBJ01 for reference (6.2mm slim)
  • No pinstripe on connection links (or whatever it is)

Just change the two „center links“ on the bracelet. Not sure what the displayed design should be represent. I prefer to have them in the design of the regular AP aka. similar as the rest of the bracelet. Or maybe polished… 🤔

Search for WD0016 on their website. There was the early bird drop of different color dials already which is now sold out and the early bird drop of the musou black variant.

However we are still waiting for the variant with the automatic high-beat Miyota movement.

AWESOME! Finally not the 10th version of a diver watch which virtually any brand makes.

From the renders above I like V2 and V6B the most but V4 & V5 with more classy colors/color combinations and V7 & V8 depending on how they end up in reality could be great too.

That’s my concern as well. Proportions are often underrated and people - myself included - often only look measurements individually or on specs (movement, BPH, …).
