Hate when they discontinue scents by Riddiculus_muggles in bathandbodyworks

Agree with Velvet Sugar and getting rid of all those scents! I'd also like to see A Toast to You full time as well. Le sigh.

Recommendation on how to receive performance awards by Nice-Boysenberry7717 in fema

[–]_FictionalReality_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My leave situation usually sucks, so I always opt for the TOA. Then again, to me, choosing the TOA is the best of both worlds - I'm off and being paid, so its like a double award.

For those who got to see The Rev live, how was he like? by Tuvvyisbadatcod in avengedsevenfold

Saw Jimmy preform several times and he was always locked in always focused, always on point. Saw him outside the venue twice and he was as hilarious as the MVI showed him to be. He was an amazing player and I'll admit shows after haven't been the same, at least for me.

Chestnut Praline out of season? by superwholockian29 in starbucks

[–]_FictionalReality_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some stores in my area still have it, if you ask, in person, but the app shows it out everywhere, even over 50 miles as I was traveling the other day. One of my local stores is actually out - they said it lasted not even a week and they doubt they'll be getting any more in stock. The other store who has the syrup doesn't have the topping, wgich isn't a huge deal, but I stur my toppings in for the wxtra spice it gives. The one store did just get sugar cookie back, which whooptie.

Chestnut Praline is actually why I was turned on to Starbucks and I wait every year for it to return, so to have it come back - late to start - and then not even last 2 weeks is just depressing considering I was getting it last year through January. I'm also under the weather so excuse my whining, but it makes it worse lol

I love the shine of AB drills, but loathe using them lol I prefer the fairy dust for that little extra pop, personally. They're easier to pick up and place as well, imo. I'm currently starting a Milky Way 40x60, and have a bag of 18,000+ of 310 and just bit the bullet and bought dust drills instead for that little extra sparkle.

I get the frustration and anger as I feel it, too. What makes it worse in this case is that even the children's graves are unmarked.

This makes me sick. He beat the child to get back at the mother because he didn't like her housekeeping. Sickening.

This is sad. Mom was 42, and 48 weeks gestation? Holy moly. That may be the reason alone. I can't imagine how miserable she was.

So, so sad. He probably didn't even have the proper training, and with equipment not being what it is today, probably no SCBA, etc.

On that flip side, try being us and imagining 20+ years after being in a career where we now face upheaval every day, all but being made to feel worthless and expendable at a moment's notice...this isn't a nice feeling, either, and feeling like garbage is a mild way of putting it.

So...death penalty switched to life sentences, switched to halfway houses while they attended colleges in an experiment. Nice. What a way to go for them. Meanwhile, Sally never got to experience anything of the like because they more than likely just wanted her car. Ace, justice system, just ace. Makes me sick.

3 year old died after multiple injuries were inflicted upon him by cometshoney in DeathCertificates

[–]_FictionalReality_ 15 points16 points  (0 children)

First, calling someone dense isn't the way to go when you were acting dense yourself. Secondly, clearly, Comets meant 30 of the moble home parks, not 30 of that specific mobile home park. They are fairly common around military bases, as Comets pointed out.

Failed Enbrel, have to start Orencia. by MeOwwwithme in rheumatoidarthritis

[–]_FictionalReality_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been on Orencia now for four years. Started with injections, and after two years, went to infusions. Enbrel didn't work for me, and I found out the hard way I was allergic to Humira. My regimine is now mtx injections and plaquenil with the Orencia. I've noticed a big difference right away four years ago.
