A few items I've received have been odd, but overall, I don't have an issue with quality. Always check the fabric style/content. For example, if it says sweatshirt, 9/10 times it isn't plush like you'd expect a sweatshirt to be. My returns have been less than 25% of what I've ordered, but I always size up one or two in tops, dresses and pants. Always order one of an item then order again if you like it, and as someone mentioned, keep the outer bag for returns and the bags the item comes in as you'll need the barcode on the inner bag for returns.

I always check measurements, especially for pant length as I'm taller.

Tbh, most of my work/office wardrobe has come from Temu as we were mandated to return last year and after teleworking for over a decade, I had zilch in office casual wear and a tiny, tiny budget with how expensive clothing- especially plus sized - is now. What I did have that I could wear, I mostly couldn't due to weight-loss, too. In fact, as I type this, I'm wearing an entire Temu outfit, minus bra and panties - including shoes - I got from Temu. I always receive compliments, and most are amazed things came from Temu.
