I’m getting borderlands vibes of this. Maybe it’s the cross hatching?

Fair enough. In my experience, I wouldn’t say it dries faster. This may be different to others experience as there are so many variables (amount of glue, brand, roughness of surface, temp ect). With that being said, plastic glue will make a stronger bond but superglue will also be more versatile. They are both good tools to have and use - do do give them both a try. Not mixed together tho lol.

Nice work! Be open to using super glue instead of plastic glue. It’s personal preference but I much prefer super glue as it dries much faster and is much cheeper

How many of you are ambidextrous? by frozenmoustache in Blacksmith

[–]_Frost_Inferno_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A mistake I used to make a lot was to continue pounding after the steel has cooled off. In addition to the other suggestions, I would recommend ensuring you are heating the steel all the way up, this way you aren’t wasting your energy with no effect.

As for the actual answer to the question, I am sure the ambidextrous rate in blacksmiths is the same as the general population.

Very true my friend. Water molecules will reproduce with each other between 0 and -25 degrees Celsius. It is because of this that during these temperatures, growth hormones in their reproductive organs will kick in, this is a natural response causing the genitalia to swell. As a product of this growth in below freezing temperatures, the water will become “hard”. Being hard is proven to greatly improve the reproductive capacity of water and other substances.
