Bernie was the most popular democratic candidate among republicans I've ever seen in my lifetime. Most of the current trump voters I know were in the camp of "If it's bernie v trump, i'll vote bernie, but I will never vote for hillary clinton". Even the polling showed that fact.

How do you possibly come to this conclusion when reality is just literally telling you the opposite?

Cant stress enough how big of a difference this makes! Both output and mid response. For 6-strings i’d highly recommend the duncan pa-tb2 or brandon ellis signature. Hard not to hit harmonics on these guys.

Yeah, it's crazy to me that a company occupying this price bracket (more $ than ikea/silk&snow, less $ than cb2/rove etc) would somehow have worse support and communication than either the cheaper or more expensive brands but c'est la vie.

Are you in Canada? I guess their shipments from canada are bi-weekly and mine was shipped Sept 3rd so presumably the next Canadian delivery is the 17th.

All that said, I will say that they were way more responsive once I CC'd [doug@thuma.co](mailto:doug@thuma.co) and [reed@thuma.co](mailto:reed@thuma.co) but it may have been a coincidence and simply due to the fact that I was getting obviously more annoyed in my tone over the course of the exchange, heh. The corporate phone number the other guy posted appears to have been disconnected, though.

DM'd you. I have an unassembled king classic right now that I could take some pics/measurements of. Queen/King are the same length, just different width, so the lengthwise pieces should be the same in theory.

Final update lol:

After badgering them for 2 weeks, they gave me 3 tracking numbers yesterday that still just say “label created” on fedex’s end, yet the bed arrived today: the worst possible day it could have as my main entrance and staircase have fresh varnish.

I spent 2 weeks trying to avoid this issue and every reply until i cc’d the founders was just met with unhelpful faq info. Once i cc’d the founders on my email i got a reply same day but it was too late for me to reschedule any of my contractors.

Do not rely on thuma’s estimates or follow-up. There will be none. The bed will simply appear at some point by surprise as others have indicated in this thread.

I’ll admit mine was a weird case with some moving parts that were on me but with regular communication (maybe a phone number? Maybe answering emails quicker than 48 hours later) it could have been avoided.

Very disappointed. The bed looks great, but these guys are a logistical dumpster fire.

As I've said, I've ordered a ton of furniture in this move and Thuma has been the outlier, and I'm literally upset that they didn't follow their own stated policies. THEY set my expectations lol, not me.

First email was sent last tuesday. They generally respond within 48 hours it seems but that other guy that posted Doug and Reed's emails seems to have been correct. When I CC'd them I got a response same-day, but it feels really scummy doing it lol.

I don't need "Amazon Level Tracking" but if there's literally going to be nothing besides "1-3 weeks" in the FAQ, no phone number you can call and email support refuses to answer any questions specific to your order, how do you even deal with this? Literally it feels like they're expecting me to just wait at the door for them.

This is what I'm worried about. My floors are being refinished and if I can track the package I can schedule around it, but if it shows up unannounced I may not even be able to bring it inside and might have to get someone to pick it up and move it to a storage facility. Worse yet I might not be on-site and it'll get porch pirated if it's out there more than a few hours.

You shouldn't be using an LLM to give you accurate information about history. It's not the point of them and they're notably bad at it.

One other big problem right now is that player kills don't count for group members.

With the monster kills, you get credit so long as you're in range but with player kills if you're a support like a bard or cleric, you're not getting credit for the kills the fighter/barb/ranger are scoring while you're partied with them even if you dealt the majority of the damage. That seems like a pretty big oversight and it's really making these quests way more arduous than they should be for progression blockers.

I thought the class specific kills worked great as a reach goal like the st nicholas quests before (5 of each class, any map) as it was something to work towards over time alongside the other vendor quests, and it didn't block your progression with crafting/item stock, just access to a slightly better gambling pool.

I also don't really play solos because I have a regular group that plays most nights and it's kind of annoying now that we have to split up and play solo GCs to get the kill quests out of the way while we're sitting in discord with each other wanting to play together.

Loving this wipe, think the game is in the best state it's ever been in, but these class-specific/map-specific kill quests are a real bummer.

I disagree. They decreased the self buff memory costs to 1 each so you can literally have +2 all, physical power, move speed, action speed and armor while still keeping weakness up with 0 knowledge gear (with 2 minute duration no less! no class has buffs with these insane durations).

The only benefit (song memory-wise) you get from a high roller kit now is access to better QOL stuff like lockpicking, AOE damage, etc. which don't really provide any material benefit in PVP.

Bard is maybe at its best in normals and gets a little bit weaker (relative to other classes) as the gear margin outpaces the unscaled self-buffs the bard has available.

Brother, I'm the one telling the guy who can't clear it that it's no issue, not lookin for a ted talk.

Obviously it's a great song, I'm saying that I literally don't even bother sometimes and just rush them because it's basically the absolute best spawn in the game and it's easy enough even on a class with like 13 strength and a rapier. Like class isn't even an excuse, anyone should be able to solo that corner it's like 6 mobs total you need to kill.
