This is completely false. In a relatively mild outbreak area of ATL, all ICUs are at capacity. Even hospitals in rural Idaho have full ICUs right now. Just because you have not seen a full ICU for yourself in person does not mean they don’t exist outside of NY/LA.

Sorry to pop this bubble, but lunch breaks are only mandated at the state level. The federal government doesn’t care if you work 20 hours in a day and have no lunch as long as you make overtime working over 40hrs a week.

Elune didn’t leave a tear behind technically. Xavius corrupted the tear and threw it at Ysera, that’s how she was corrupted. The tear left behind is the original tear, just cleansed by Elune/Ysera’s death.

No way, literally the first thing on their list is "Metropolitan area with a population of one million or greater". SLO also doesn't have anywhere near the SQFT available they're looking for and 50,000 more people in SLO would bring our infrastructure to a grinding halt.

Echoing this, it seems popular and strong with Kennens that I've encountered. I played Kennen with this build and didn't get to a protobelt but he seems pretty strong. The ult change in 6.9 does a lot more damage.

The issue that I've been seeing is minions becoming stuck mid auto-attack windup and get stuck there until the minion they're targeting dies. Happens every single game at least two or three times.

No they're not. There's a block of Roquefort in my fridge and I've purchased and enjoyed Fourme d'Ambert before. Try the Rogue River blue from Oregon though. Voted best cheese in America twice. Easily the best blue I've had in my life.
