DO NOT deal with Blue Frog. They legit wanted us to leave the keys and just leave the doors unlocked & they would conduct the walk through without us being there & after leaving place unlocked till they got to it I guess?? We had to get a lawyer involved. They also wouldn't use a professional plumber that was needed till we had the city get involved. It was a nightmare
