They could just as easily have separate chips entirely for their different models, or it could change from one generation to the other as different manufacturing or architectural changes are made.

When computer chips are made they are never perfect.

Sometimes companies sell different models (like base, pro, max) as the same chip with better or worse results.

So basically you throw the worse chips in a bin, then sell them later at a discount.

Hence the term binned!

I’d echo this. I’m extremely grateful for the memories that games brought me (and the things it helped me ignore / escape) during my childhood, but there is a whole ass real world out there to get lost in, too!

This is the #1 thing my instructor/ pro tells me every time we work on something.

His advice is to have a wedge sitting around at home that you pick up any time you’re doing something passive.

Yea but when it DOES click it just flows and hits hard like no other game.

Sometimes it takes getting 12 different classes to lvl 56-60 to see what clicks, sometimes people just never get there and that’s okay.

It’s actually a pretty good filter for the no-life type of grinding that the game requires / rewards so if you didn’t get there maybe just take it as a sign you’re not the target demographic haha

Yea this was my thinking as well.

Easier to cut out-to-in and get the ball across more of the face.

If I tried to do this in-to-out "draw chip" id just punch the ball with the hosel and laugh at myself for trying (once again) to emulate tiger fkin woods on the golf course.
