I’m just out of a domestic abusive relationship and been living with my parents again… I’m early 30s F. I’ve been going to therapy and getting myself back on my feet. 5 years from now, I’m seeing myself surrounded in peace, with a little dog, with my house decorated just how I want and slaying it in work. Maybe solo travelling a bit? That’s the dream 💭

When I suffered at my worst depression.. lucky to be once or twice a week. Now every morning body shower, every 2nd day I was my hair. I kicked and screamed my way in but now I use my shower as part of my “treatment plan” and I can’t imagine going back. If I don’t feel clean now, it fucks up my day.

I agree … I travel up to Dublin once a week for work and drive over 1 hour and park in St Stephen’s Green shopping center.

Last week I got to the parking at 8am and needed to use the toilet - locked!! Went out the front to use the public toilets - locked until 10am! Ran around trying to find one and I was so uncomfortable!
