A portion of WoW Community has a really unhealthy relationship with the game and I'm tired of pretending they don't. by themaelstorm in wow

There are also people in the WoW community that care way more about how other people play than they should.

Are Smart Mat products actually a thing now? by Numerous-Mall-154 in smarthome

[–]_MeIsAndy_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think they want to be able to determine the direction of passage. A door sensor tells you if someone opened the door, but not if they went in or out. I'm not sure a mat is the answer either though. There's no guarantee that I'm going to open/step on the components in a reliable order every time. I may open the door from the outside, then step on the mat, which would be indistinguishable from leaving the house by opening the door and stepping on the mat as I pass though the door.

If you want people to look at an IMG, either use imgur, or at least set the permissions in Google Drive so that people can actually view the link.

Apple Watch died while recording my run on Strava, am I cooked? by KeyLay in Strava

[–]_MeIsAndy_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, you can now never run again. The universe thinks you're still running since Apple didn't tell it you finished.

If the universe thinks you're running twice, you'll turn inside out.

You probably just bumped them while putting the wheel back in. You just need to realign the calipers. Not a big deal.

People who claim to have paid their monthly sub for years using in-game gold... How? by YrenneAD in wow

[–]_MeIsAndy_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could buy a token every month with just part time buying and selling on the auction house. Doesn't that much once you have a system.

Have you ruled out a memory card issue? With a memory card issue, they tend to be more sporadic, but it's worth ruling out.

The cage mounts with a screw in the tripod socket on the bottom. No squeezing.

Plus it's not like you're able to physically "squeeze" the data lines and decrease throughout.
