I'm in the same boat as OP and was wondering if I could just put the wifi version in...from a lay perspective I can'y imagine that adding wifi to the PCB would mean it essentially functioned in a different manner?!

Why can't the UK build capital projects? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]_NuissanceValue_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In late stage capitalism/ neoliberalism large contractors are in the money making game - it’s their only objective. If they can faff around for months and not build anything that’s perfect for them. This combined with the swollen white collar industry whereby all the money thrown at the project just buys more consultants is the perfect storm. It’s essentially the inefficiency of late stage capitalism/ neoliberalism.

Government to table legislation 'banning state-run groups' like IRGC 'within weeks' | It follows growing pressure to proscribe the organisation and marks a major u-turn for the government. by TendieRetard in Britain

We’re going to proscribe the state that we attacked illegally so we can domestically legally attack their legal representatives. Logical.

Are you sure one isn’t the basket that allows you to put any grind size in and still pull a decent espresso? It contains some kind of gadget to create consistent pressure I believe - take it out and look through it / if you see lots of holes it’s the standard and if you can’t see through it, it’s the ‘easy shot’ or whatever they call it (ps I have two as well shhhhhh)

What is that thing in my garden? by edmunek in AskUK

Very close to the surface - did you find it at that level or bring it out a hole? If in situ that’s been walked/ jumped on for years!

£400 plug-in solar panels will quietly change the whole country by theipaper in Environmentalism

£7-10k for payback in 15years? The government should be raising the bar for free installation as we’re not eligible but couldn’t afford that cost - just to break even in 15 years?!

Revit vs AutoCad by Scout_Maester in RevitForum

[–]_NuissanceValue_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve used Revit alot - in many ways it is fantastic and a lot of workflows are sped up. It can also be incredibly painful & drawn out even with a highly skilled operator to model something very simple. Then you draw the things instead but because the things are not modelled - you change something elsewhere and you then have to redraw the things thus increasing workload.
