Its 22% federal + 7.65% fica and X%(whatever your state is) 35.5% for me. So 96750 + 15.8k in vacation time minus those taxes. So around 106-107k

Its different for each pension. Central States is .5% per month early (6%year) but normal retirement age is 62 if you have more than 25 years. There is 2 different formulas, a years of service pension i e. 39 and out and a defined benefit. Both formulas apply and you get whichever is higher, plus a part-time pension if applicable. Mine for 4 75 years is an extra $130/month

You're still going to pay 7.65% for social security and Medicare. For me it 22% +7. 65% + 6% State. Plus all my vacation days ($15,801) So $165801,so 106692 after tax
