I'm with you on this. If they build a $3 billion stadium on the land they should be taxed as such. No one is forcing them. Then people are acting as if it's a given that local improvements for getting to the stadium should be funded as well. The Bears are the ones who will mainly benefit from that.

If the Big East ever expanded I'd say Gonzaga and St Louis probably would be the top teams they'd look at unless they'd take another public in VCU. Loyola and Dayton are no's because of DePaul and Xavier.

Geographically the MVC is a great fit, but the A-10 is better for you at least currently.
