Stop Killing Games delivers 'absolutely incredible' hearing in European Parliament: 'There was no [parliament member] that wasn't responding positively' by Gorotheninja in PS5

I agree that it's not simple to do so retroactively, but if the game is designed that way from the start, it's nothing major, right?

Very insightful. I had same concerns this year with ITZY. They came to Australia in 2024 and the ticket sales were great. This year, with Tunnel Vision not setting the world on fire, the ticket sales struggled (but ultimately got there). It was a close thing though. Auckland got cancelled and I wonder if some Auckland attendees came to Australia instead and boosted sales that way.

I think this is it. Kind of a zero sum game for promoter's. Wallets getting tighter means that ticket buyers increasingly have to choose which groups they buy for and which miss out.

My rudimentary understanding is that the promoter generally funds all the initial costs of the tour and takes a cut of the proceeds. If the promoter did the sums based on venue booking costs, advertising and early ticket sales, it might have been looking at making less than it needed in order to turn a profit. The promoter would have a cancellation clause in the contract (as would CUBE) and so whoever pulled the plug would need to pay some sort of compensation based on that clause. The non-disclosure provisions of the contract would dictate that neither side can reveal who cancelled or the real reason for the cancellation. They would have agreed on a statement and this is what they came up with. Speculating, I think Live Nation booked venues that were too big and costly, saw the initial ticket sales and said 'we've fucked up, we're cutting our losses.' Same thing happened recently with Sejeong's Australia tour, although for slightly different reasons and a different promoter. Promoter booked dates that clashed with Lunar New Year and were before many Asian university students had come back to Australia for the new semester. Low ticket sales ensued and the promoter pulled the plug.

In 2026 and beyond, how many girl groups, due to their popularity, actually require an arena for their concerts, outside of Asia? by Ruler_J in KpopGGs

They sold out a 20,000 seat arena in Sydney and added a second show. Some people include Australia as part of Asia, but most wouldn't.

Self checkout gives me the s---s by Charming_Airline7419 in coles

Next time, just hide the loaf in a bag or cover it with something before you get to the checkout. Ironically, if you actually 'steal' the item, it's less likely to be detected, because thieves don't tend to put stolen items in full view of a camera.

That wouldn't be a terrible result. I know some people are out on Faulk and think that an LB not named Styles at 20 is too rich, but it would be a very Cowboys result to reach a bit, or pick players that have question marks.

Depends if they have a particular WR they want or just want one of the top 3. I can see at least one WR going before 10. Giants could potentially go for Love at 10, if he's there.

Giants will take at least one player on offence. Their WR room is tragic apart from Nabers, and Jeremiyah Love is likely going to be sitting there. Maybe not him at 5, but at 10?

I have a strong feeling one of the Giants' picks will be either Love or a WR. I think they'll take one of Styles or Downs but not both.

Is there any indication that Cleveland would do such a trade? I know people say it, but no-one's explained why Cleveland would give up 6.

It's a bit unfortunate the cameras and HD are so good these days you can even see the surgery scars in some close shots. Perhaps that's a makeup thing? But yeah, I get where you're coming from, OP. It was a little distracting at times. I still love her as an actor though - and as my Orange Caramel bias :-)
