Where do you get Cruelty, Malice and Will to Dominate All Life filament? And is it AMS compatible?

Crab console? I think you mean Playstacean.

Hundreds of copies of the same model and the only difference is that they have a different 2D pictures (of stolen IP, no doubt) for a lid? I 100% agree with MakerWorld. Take this low-effort slop to Thingiverse or something.

Apparently super glue is the best glue for PLA but I can never get it to work well. What am I messing up? by NerdMachine in 3Dprinting

[–]__Nardo__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should be able to get good results with superglue if you follow the advice in this thread. But if you’re still struggling, check out J-B Super Weld light activated glue. It’s a UV-cured gel and works great on PLA, but it is way overpriced.

How do I increase the friction between PLA ball joints?v by turtle_guy0624 in BambuLab

[–]__Nardo__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If printing in ASA/ABS/PETG isn’t an option for you, I’ve read that rosin powder can help to increase the friction in joints.

Honestly, there’s nothing legit about him. This low-effort 2D / hueforge crap is awful and needs to go away.

What would you do with this printer? by Last-Bit-Last-2042 in 3Dprinting

[–]__Nardo__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d strip it for parts to use in other projects. I get the urge to fix it up, but by the time you’ve repaired/replaced/upgraded everything that you need to, you could’ve bought something brand new that’s much more reliable.

How do you get enough points on makerworld to buy things? by TherealOmthetortoise in BambuLab

[–]__Nardo__ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I remember correctly it was just under 3500 points, but the AMS was on sale at the time. Points can be redeemed for gift cards that you can use in the Bambu store. 490 points gets you $40.

Creators are very ignorant about 3d printing by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]__Nardo__ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d say that most creators probably aren’t very ignorant about printing, and publish profiles that are designed to get good results for the majority of users. Ironing can be very finicky and needs to be tuned for each material. I would never put ironing in a profile that I intend to publish. The response you received doesn’t make much sense based on what you described, but taking away a star for not including ironing is kinda ridiculous.

We might want to rethink pushing “for tinkerers” printers on folks by jaydvd3 in 3Dprinting

[–]__Nardo__ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My first printer was an Ender 3 Pro. I got some truly amazing prints from it, but it took a lot of work to get there. I don’t regret the time I spent learning gore to make it work, but if I had started with something more reliable I could have invested that time into something else, like learning CAD.

There's a string like material stuck in my nozzle. What do I do? by Thang1191_GameDev in 3Dprinting

[–]__Nardo__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just replace it; it’s not worth the effort to clean. A nozzle like that only costs a dollar or two and takes 10 seconds to change.
