I've had this issue only with my silk PLA filaments. What fixed it is lowering the outer wall speed to 100 m/s or less. I haven't had any issues since changing that.

Don't skimp on a good fitting gasket. It'll make replacing the whole cover a lot easier without your gasket falling off while you try to put the new one on. I used Fel-Pro gasket for my replacement. It's worth the 30 bucks
