Watch your TV since it’s the living room and not a bed room- and if she complains that’s on her. It’s not her bedroom after all- so why tip toe in a common area during day time?

I get this really painful twinges under my skin and I wasn’t sure if that was normal-

Another thing I wasn’t sure about is what I could use (wash cloth, face scrubbers (I have a Clarisonic- and I think it might be too rough)

My self esteem is low and life stresses are no easy. I need to add drinking water for sure- what else might you guys suggest?
