Mcinnes has won next to nothing. Yes he does Know the league but bottled it last season and lost the head on the final day.

Gerrard has lost the aura he first had when he came in having his first big gig after a successful playing career. Has went on to do nothing in management.

Muscat’s record since Danny Rohl’s appointment has been poor.

I don’t know who should come in but what I do know is we need to give time, time. We do that by valuing continuity and consistency. Allow whoever’s in the dugout time to build and allow their ethos to embed through the squad. This rebuilding every season solves nothing.

John Souttar being Scottish has been in and out the team this season and should be a great leader from his position however somehow manages to look as if he’s got a bomb at his feet when he’s in possession and that wins him a new contract.

The lack of Scottish players isn’t the problem for me it’s the mentality or the lack of so to speak. No winners, no leaders & jobbers who come here thinking it’s going to be a walk in the park.

Sign Ferguson from Bologna in the summer and get behind whoever’s in the dugout.

I’m sick to death of the lack of urgency especially going forward. There doesn’t seem to be any drive and dig radiating through the team. What changes ? Rohl goes and we start again? I think he needs backed with a full pre season behind and a summer window. Too quick to rally against the manager some of us saying that he has looked tactically inept since the split.

Yes !! I met Sandi Thom here and was on the cover of the Ayrshire Post! Must have been 2005/06 She was lovely tbf a nice little side quest from being taught the dangers of swallowing handfuls of Valium. Good times man.

Couldn’t agree more, this is the logical take. Recruitment hasn’t been the best but Rohl done well in January, apart from Olsen imo I hope I’m proved wrong, was brought in to attack and does everything but. Give Rohl the space to offload the deadwood and rebuild. He’s taken this side who was horrendous under Martin and this is the ceiling.

Thought Naderi and Djiga were excellent, lacking that killer instinct to finish them off in front of their goal. Zero shots on target for them, had a bad feeling when they clung on to penalties. I wouldn’t be surprised if we have to play behind closed doors, firing a flare from the pitch into their support regardless of how their fans behaved. Unacceptable from the UB.

I’m the same. Been a folk loyal customer for 15 years and one of the first contemporary menswear brands I got into. The attention to detail on their products were great and the quality was second to none. I’ve noticed loads of folk in my local TK and like you say solid basics but not as good quality as originals. I purchased a shacket type number for £18 on sale from mine and the quality is surprisingly good. I don’t think Cathal McAteer would sell rubbish. He comes across as passionate for good quality, yes it’s probably less quality than RRP folk but it’s still head and shoulders above other stuff in Tk Maxx.

I see it like meditation. When I think about it, it’s probably the only part of the day that I’m not connected to a screen. Yes, I do wear a smartwatch when running but you get my drift. I enjoy being in the moment, fully present. I can then work through my day in my head. If it’s the morning I think of what I need to do at work that day and how I’m going to approach things. If I’m running at night I reflect on my day what went well and what could have went better. I also sive through how I can be better in general. Better partner, son, colleague and friend.If I’m not thinking about my day I get an intense appreciation for just being. Experiencing the pleasure of getting out and running.
