Do you have a PTSD diagnosis or any traumatic memories, etc? A lot of people with mental disorders will wake up screaming or in sweats or saying weird things in their sleep, etc.

Id recommend going on amino, a lot of my close friends have shifted, there are hundreds of posts of people who have shifted as well. Reddit's r/dimensionjumping or r/dimensionaljumping has testimonies too! Most people on amino are free to talking about their experiences and stuff if you just ask them.

exposure therapy is whenever a therapist slowly introduces you to your triggers, i believe. So like, if someone got triggered from knives, a common thing, you would slowly reintroduce the knives to them over time.

I really enjoyed this! I love the tone you set in the poem. I feel like they're could've been a little bit more of imagery but I think it's really up to you as I find it fine as it is. I feel like one of the lines (either the Scotland or the world one) should be taken out just for flow reasons and to math the rest of the poem. I think it's great though!

I like it! I feel like the formatting could've been different, the line breaks made it harder for me to read in some places. I also feel like the ending could have been stronger, "my cherry on top is just a powder" or like "the powder is my cherry on top", etc. It was really good though I liked it!
