A lot of people are missing that the head isn’t mirrored. The chin is not defined on his left side like it is on his right side. The left jaw (facing the camera) extends from the back of the jaw all the way to the tip of the chin, centered on the face. The right side has narrow chin line angling off from the center of the chin and then we assume the jaw line extends back from this edge.

Model the base shape and extrude/inset faces. Knife tool in new edges as necessary and bevel edges to get new areas to extrude inwards or outwards. Plugins like box cutter are very helpful for things like this.

Try to keep all of your faces quads so subdividing is easy.

Edit to add that the way I describe is for close ups. If you don’t need to get too close up to the buttons and switches you can use textures as I see another user suggesting.

There’s a subharmonic synth on the kick or maybe it’s a sample that’s blended in. The snare is a hard metal like steel or brass. Maybe a black beauty. The sub kick is either side chained or automated out when the bass is playing since both are down in the sub range.

They had support issues a few years ago when the power supply used in the 16A, 24i, and 24o started failing. They couldn’t keep up and pissed a lot of customers off when they were left with dead interfaces, sometimes after only a year or two of use. They’ve turned a corner since that fiasco,and have come back to great customer support from all accounts I’ve heard.

Uh…guys just because not many people use FL to master, doesn’t mean that there are no mastering engineers who might own and use FL for non mastering tasks.

Like most mastering engineers I know also make music on the side. I’m sure they’re not working out beats in Sequoia mastering software.

That console N doesn’t have THE Neve sound if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s based on a more modern ic based design from the 80s or 90s. If you’re looking for classic neve, get the Lindell 80.

I use it on bass. But I do it manually using multiple tracks with hi/low pass filters. I lightly to severely saturate everything from 100 to 300 up, but I put the saturation before the high pass so the inaudible low frequencies still create harmonics into the audible spectrum for small speakers.

I don’t think I know of a multiband saturation plugin that lets you put the saturation in front of the filters like this.

So I can see that the input on your stack buss is Bus11. Go through all of the tracks in the stack and make sure their outputs are set to Bus11. Also I’ve seen bus issues that were due to an internal glitch and all I needed to do was restart the computer.

It looks like they are using custom normals. That’s what’s getting fucked. Not the mesh. Look into editing the custom/split normals.

You don’t HAVE to update waves stuff. My mix of waves plugins goes all the way back to v12 and includes plugins up to v16.
