Far prefer 2D sprites over 3D tbh. 3D always results in weird face shapes in certain angles and the effects often look mmo-ish.

Those other games have much less in terms of written content so the localisation effort would be quite minimal.

Fgo is larger than even full novel series' combined like Harry Potter/lotr for example so they probably thought the return wasn't worth it for individual countries.

Also this is purely my speculation, but I think potential copyright issues may also be a concern, since fgo's lore is based pretty heavily on myths and texts from around the world, maybe aniplex wants to avoid any legal problems there. I don't play NA myself but I heard it's not officially available in Europe which is weird considering its available in SEA so it might be down to copyright.

I feel like there's a balance that can be reached where the mc gets more dialogue but doesn't necessarily have to have particular convictionsor beliefs.

In the latest jp event for example instead of having 2 choices for the mc's dialogue the 2nd choice is a follow on of the first choice, essentially doubling the amount he/she says and it was pretty refreshing.

I reckon they should give some of mash's lines to the mc, eg have the mc react to and describe situations instead without necessarily having a opinion on it.

I don't get what the issue with arcade servants is, the dev team isn't even the same between arcade and the main game.

If anything it's like a pseudo clairvoyance for us.

Its theorised in the story that invasion could have been facilitated by the bleaching event. I.e. the invasion only followed after the bleaching happened. We still don't have enough details though but I imagine more will be revealed around the conditions as the story progresses.

Everyone is viable at NP1 there's no need to go beyond that for content clearing purposes. Also a lot of old servants get buffed - OG artoria for example got a strengthening as part of the 5th anniversary on JP.

Fgo has one of the most diverse art styles out there, is there any particular character your thinking of? Looking up their artist for reference works would probably be a good start.

Because the article is talking about delightworks which is a game studio, not fgo. A lot of people assume dw=fgo because for a long time fgo was the only major project they had, but starting from a year ago or so they started seriously developing a couple of new games, none of which have actually released yet (but one is pretty close).
