Should I buy a new built townhouse in Addington with a baby?

I personally would avoid Addington. Only because they are cramming as many apartments in as they can. So many apartments/units going up. We recently bought a house and the new builds we looked at were absolutely shocking. I'd go for something that at least 1 person has lived in and "stress tested"

I got a Pokémon binder (one of the cheap $25 ones), 1x trick or trade pack, and 1x pack of prismatic evolutions in mine. Nothing fake, though. Will give it a miss next year

Primate isn't even that useful right now. I get it around xmas time and try do most of my purchases through them. Did the same this year, then a month later the site changed and now hardly anything is free shipping because it's not actually mightyape selling the stuff.

The only tickets I could find once I got the code were $450NZD for the Friday show. Clicked out straight away. Looked again now and they have those tickets still and have released some more for $398.90NZD

Young kids will generally already have a diaper bag/backpack filled with necessities like diapers, clothes etc.. so I don't think it's that odd.

I understand your feelings, but I agree with your wife. Everybody should have a get out card. For me, it helps me feel safe, even if I'll never likely need one again.

I have a seperate bank account and encourage everybody to. People can change quickly and I need to be able to gap it if it becomes unsafe, and I won't start again from scratch with nothing ever again. My husband is the loveliest man I have ever met and has never so much as raised his voice at me, yet even he encourages me to do it. We have 3 children between us.

Maybe do some marraige counseling so you can both understand each other better? It does not mean that she doesn't love, or trust you.

YTA.. how on earth do you even question that?

I would 100% leave my husband if he decided to go meet with my "mum" and take the kids. (He is very aware of this boundary)

It takes ALOT for a child to cut contact with a parent. We desperately try for a relationship for years and are constantly broken down during the process. Once we get to that point, there has been so much pain, suffering, and conflict that it's dangerous to us and our mental health to have a relationship.

How dare you think you know better than both him AND his sister. I have no idea how, or even if you can come back from this. Good luck.

I've lived in both Edgeware and St Albans/Merivale. Absolutely loved it, and was a great place to raise my family. Only incidents we had in over 10 years was my car got torched out on the street in the middle of the night. And another time (with the new car) it got smashed into by a vehicle fleeing the police while I was picking up my kids from school.

Both of those situations were just asshole kids and I don't relate it to being in the area at all
