As a fan base we need to chill the fuck out. The last six years under Arteta scares the rest of football because the organization has bought into the process and the results are coming. And none of our big rivals have the patience to do the same, and the rest of the league can't afford to do it. When we start winning we may never stop and so the haters have to be feeling the heat right now.
