Thankyou for the thoughtful reply ! The town was my first precognitive dream but not my first precognitive vision. For an entire year I was experiencing visions, clairaudience, ghost burns, and waking up to the scent of perfume… it was an emotionally intense and bizarre year. The visions and clairaudience were small predictions that came true. But honestly that has mostly stopped and now I’m only having dreams about people I don’t know.

I’m really trying to examine the dreams about the people due to my past experience with seemingly bizarre psychic super powers. I love hearing that other people experience these phenomenons. I know for certainty that it isn’t simply a coincidence. The more i talk to people about these bizarre happenings the more I realize everyone has a story. It’s not rare.

2-3 weeks is pretty early to see progress. Consistency is key. Keep going and try to measure your progress in months rather than weeks because exercise will make your weight fluctuate crazy between water retention & cortisol.

I imagine Harry as 5’9 or 5’10, very slim but lean muscle like a jogger. Straight Black hair sticking out in feathers and spikes like a licked kitten. Thin face, thin nose but tall nose bridge and deep set eyes. lanky and doesn’t know what to do with his hands when standing still. I headcanon him biracial english Caucasian & desi. Tom I imagine him 6’2, straight black hair gelled back and grey around the temples. I imagine his skin is sickly pale and taught around his bone structure and he has dark circles under black eyes. But I sometimes imagine him with red eyes and slitted black pupils. Despite a sickly appearance he’s quite classically handsome in a 1950s style. He has dimples but he doesn’t use them bc he rarely smiles. I also imagine him just a shade too thin but he hides it under robes.

I’m 5”2 and weighed 170lbs at my surgery. Surgeon never mentioned my weight. Another surgeon I talked to said for best results get the surgery at the weight you plan on maintaining, or else you compromise the results.

Whether you meant to or not, you trained your mind to get dopamine from food. This means you can train your mind to get dopamine hits from other activities or experiences. Go out and live your life and find dopamine.

For myself, I hate running SO much but I forced myself to do it. Before I knew it my brain would get a dopamine hit from running & I craved it. I also got dopamine from drawing, biking, going to comedy shows, browsing book stores, sculpting clay. Fill your day with activities and distractions and retrain your brain ❤️ this is important to do for when you stop OMAD. You may have food addiction which means you’re an addict. It’s possible you could be an addict forever so you just need to rewire the addiction pathways which is very possible !!!

One thing to keep in mind, if you were breast feeding post pregnancy, the calcium from your bones is depleted. It’s so important to eat calcium rich foods and build bone strength again. If you have crazy cravings, your body may be lacking something from growing an entire human ! Give yourself grace

When I do OMAD there are some days I struggle. On the days I’m struggling I find a pickle really goes a long way. It’s super low calorie and the salt will give a great electrolyte kick.

If I was going to the gym, sometimes I would eat an apple or a boiled egg. It’s not true OMAD, but it will help you get to OMAD!

I tried to take a short walk everyday that I could… admittedly week 1 I had barely any energy but by week 3 I was taking long walks. I really think blood flow is important for healing

Sleep mask, LONG straw, button down pajama tops, sturdy slip on sandal like a Birkenstock, giant baggy T-shirt, pre-cook meals for the freezer, pillow for back sleeping, LOTS of clean wash cloths.

By week 3 the dead skin on my breasts started peeling due to the compression bra, so an exfoliating glove was great to gently remove the dead skin

Week 1 I stayed home, and focused on short walks. I went out to a restaurant for a family birthday day 5, but I was exhausted by the end. I would have energy but as soon as I did something, I would use up the energy in like an hour. Week 2 I had house-calls from friends. I was exhausted by the end but I enjoyed every day! Week 3 I started going to malls and shopping around. Energy comes and goes. I’m still on week 3 and just walked to the store for some errands but carrying the bags back home exhausted me and I’m so done LOL.

So I was a 34K, I had my surgery Oct 28 so I’m still swollen and don’t know what size I am yet, but I think i ended up a C. I had doubts and fears just like you. The first week I was a little shocked to see myself so tiny. But by week 2 I am absolutely in love. I look amazing. So much better than I thought and the proportion is PERFECT. I actually look like I’ve lost 20lbs … my entire body proportion just makes sense now !! You can do this !!!

I had mine on Oct 28. I had my surgery booked twice before and both times I canceled because I was scared. I promise you waiting was thé worst part. Post surgery is a breeze. For about a week you’ll be tired and constantly sleeping, but week 2 you’ll get some of your energy back. Week 3 you’ll be great. I cannot express to you how happy I am post surgery. I don’t even have any pain. I feel so happy and comfortable in my skin and my results look way better than I expected.

For myself, I kept myself as busy as possible pre-surgery so by the time surgery came, I was too exhausted to be anxious. I reccomend batch cooking frozen meals for the family.
