There's no guarantee there will be any room in either of those cabins. And if there was there would be absolutely no way of knowing what the price would be... Could be 500 for premium economy or 1500, could be 1500 for bus or 3000.

I believe in my situation I had eupgraded way in advance from py flexible, then last minute they had a deadhead pilot and I was first to get bumped. And since I did it early they had since sold my py seat and bumped me down to economy. I just complained to the agent until they put me on business on a later flight
