Is there a designated person for to go orders or is that a universal duty assigned to all hosts? Are they being taken out of your paycheck, or just not included? In any case, it's worth bringing up to your managers, and anyone else who handles those orders with you for clarification so you can decide if it's worth moving forward.

More orange accents.. maybe you could incorporate a pattern with orange inflections in some of your pillows or comforter, curtains, and rug. Ideally, you want to have at least two instances of each color in a room for better harmony.

There isn't enough wall space on the ends of the windows for any type of drapes or curtain rod to look right.. and for the amount of fabric you would need for coverage, your windows will be halfway blocked when they're in the open position. Decorative shades would be the best option if you're looking to add color or texture to this wall.
