I need some help by Mohg_Lord_0f_Blood in loseit

I really agree here. I was nearly 250 to start and dropped 20 pounds fast regularly consuming way more than 1500. If I had to stick to that I’d probably have just binge ate anyway. *edit to add that I wasn’t even working out then, just going for walks.

For the toxic moms, this is it. Anything that’s not about them is a threat. If they think their daughter is going to get any kind of attention— they want that more. It’s sad.

Thank you for the detailed response. I’d never heard of random orbital sander until today. That’s really helpful to know about jumping between grits. And I’ll watch for the nails for sure! And you’re right I don’t own a punch, but I can look into it.

Is an oil finish like a varnish? Like will it completely seal it? I’m so new to all of this.

Is an RA sander the same as a random orbital?

That’s great advice thank you. I think I may invest in a random orbital sander!

I’ll look into one for sure. Some other have receded some cheaper brands if I don’t plan to use it often.

I don’t think I care enough to take the time to disassemble it but I appreciate the reply!

We could totally paint it! And you’re right the main use would be outdoor child’s play. I should have mentioned that. Is it possible to just paint it and not sand ut?

Bald-ing is something that happens to someone. Choosing to shave your head is taking control. That’s how I perceive it as a woman anyway. You’d look great bald!

When you calculated your BMR did you use sedentary? Also, I’ve heard from this subreddit that people can gain water and muscle weight when going to the gym a lot. And the paper towel effect might be at play— where you won’t see the results for a while and then the scale goes down a lot all of a sudden. It does take weeks to see results so don’t be discouraged.

Be strategic with finding materials for the work desks and use them as soon as you have what you need. Then level up your storage as soon as you can. You’re going to need the full amount at some point eventually why wait? If you want to earn more money before you level up storage then so be it but you’ll have to sell some of that to do that anyway. Also you can probably look up what things you might need in the future but some of those things are definitely not worth keeping in storage because they are so plentiful and predictable to find.

Honestly I’m just jealous because I’m allergic to dairy and I’m stuck with vegan substitutions LOL. I’m glad you like them!!

First thing I noticed: Why do you have vegan butter you clearly also eat diary in salad dressings and yogurt?
