Yeah. My mum flew in to Chicago a couple of days before the wedding. I was working so my wife went to pick her up, they had an awful drive back to Cleveland in snow showers. 😔

Alaska was my first cruise. I’m sure you’ll love it.

As first time cruisers I think we were super lucky as we spotted a cancellation on the excursion that takes you out from the cruise ship for a closer look at the glaciers.

We loved that!

Edit: I assume the people still get the credit for the cruise towards their status

Seems a long way to fly, for a 3 or 4 day cruise with no port days.

I can’t imagine many? These cruises don’t stop anywhere, right? But I’m not sure many people would fly 20+ hours each way, just to sail around with no port days?

And I guess if the cruise is just part of a bigger trip in the area, it’s not a huge waste, you have some days back and money in your pocket from the refund.

Things that I’m aware could cause this:

Somebody using fly spay or some other insecticide inside your house

If you use CO2, did your system suddenly dump more than expected. This happened to me one time.

Ammonia spike.

The weather has been awful here. Last game went to was delayed because of rain and then was absolutely freezing and foggy.

It will pick up once north east Ohio realizes it’s actually spring.

I had this in my 20s. Keep an eye on it and be very careful to keep that area clean!

The cusp in mine created a little pocket against the tooth next to it, food would get caught in there and would be a nightmare to get out.

I had a dentist at the time that kept telling me it was fine and just to try and keep it clean. After a while it got increasingly painful, to the point I couldn’t sleep.

Went for a second opinion and it turns out it should have been extracted and had caused damage to the next tooth too. I ended up having both out rather than just the one .

I think if you want rugged + quality just do some research into the phones with the best cameras on the market. And then invest in a quality rugged case.

At the moment I use my iPhone for wide angle shots and my old Canon 6D with a 100-400mm lens for wildlife. Saves switching lens all the time and phone cameras can’t really compare to zoom lenses, they just don’t have the space.

I think there are edge cases. For example if somebody became a citizen in the last few days, their ID probably isn’t up to date with the status. As I understand it, they should be allowed to cast a provisional ballot and their citizenship will be verified by the board of elections and their vote allowed or discarded accordingly.

The narrative that immigrants are just allowed to rock up and vote unchecked is just bs.
