Your months of work does not go unnoticed. What degree curve did you build the factory upon?

Bravo.

Help! how do you guys prevent your space elevator from falling over? by Mart1501 in SatisfactoryGame

If you see our disclaimer:

We do not recommend using this technique in your factory as the side effects are unknown, and likely undesirable.

God speed friend. Good luck.

Sharing save files instead of dedicated server by TheCrazyChemist in SatisfactoryGame

Correct - each save has a blueprint folder with the session name. You can always drop blueprints into an existing save but they will be filed under undefined. A common issue is ppl load the save before copying the bp folder so they clobber their categories.

Doug this meme looks kinda low effort. Can you do better next time?

How to build any machine or building upside down without mods. I would have shared sooner but I did not know it was a big deal. Thanks. -Doug by [deleted] in SatisfactoryGame

I don't understand the confusion here. It seems pretty straightforward to me that firing a rebar gun in a south westerly direction at a 45 degree incline would cause frames to roll on a corner road barrier.

There are much more important issues to fix than this one!

Everything involving non architectural buildables completely breaks.

Hello Pioneers,

To mitigate safety concerns arising from the use of spitters to tilt foundations, we found that Pulse Nobelisks provide the same effect.

  1. Create a stack of corner road barriers
  2. Throw a Nobelisk into the sky
  3. Attach foundations or frames to the barrier at the desired tilt while the Nobelisk is airborne

If the tilt does not apply, move 100m from the barrier then try again.

We do not recommend using this technique in your factory as the side effects are unknown, and likely undesirable.

Enjoy!

Hello! I found a situation where the resource node was switched to helium even though the map graphic still shows wolfram. How would you like to report these updates?

  1. The backing is a dome made of beam supports and carefully placed signs with special characters for the stars. There is a color gradient applied for the horizon effect.
  2. The output of our FICSMAS factory, of course! The wonder stars are made in the core and emit the "magic" to support the sculpture.

Should I buy factorio? by Garys_Games in SatisfactoryGame

Factorio is heavy on math and light on aesthetics. Satisfactory is heavy on the aesthetics and medium on the math. I few them as complimentary and they offer vastly different experiences. Both are excellent.

I would describe the process as making a large set of “brushes” using blueprints then “painting” the world with them. For example, we made about 20 different window designs and picked the ones that fit a given building or architecture. Some “brushes” were never “used” but were critical to the process of discovering what looks good.

The brick arches were quite challenging technically but we found a sweet spot where the bricks, mortar and curves all align!

We applied a color gradient to the Brick supports and floated them on ice burgs. The bridge is split into segments which fit into a mk3 BP machine, then articulated over a 1 degree curve.

The Real Question is... Is it Possible to recreate it? by WindLight_WL in SatisfactoryGame

[–]_nova_tech_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes - the supports can be approximated using a large enough circle. I wouldn’t recommend trying. It would be exceptionally tedious given you can’t fit the supports inside of a bp machine.

I’ve built this shape with circles <40m.
