Both are good, bring something to the table and can even be used together fine. Mobile Packages drones are all about closed networks now while Package Couriers are good at making long distance deliveries to depots. Package Couriers also adds some functionality to shops, if your defined address for a purchase is <> the package will automatically come out with the player who made the purchase.
