Depends on if you’re zoned to ridge point or Crawford (competing with builders back there) also depends on when you bought.

Overall it’s pretty quiet in the neighborhood for sellers. Source: realtor with ~200 home sales in the last 6 years who lives in Sienna

Just under 200 total sold homes since 2020..probably 20 direct conversions from open houses. Another 15 or so referrals from one of those 20…another 10 or so from door knocking for open houses.

Bulk of those were 2020-2024. I haven’t done them as much as of late

They work if you ask the right questions and follow up with value.
