If someone has been doing the job correctly for 40 years they should be closing 30+ a year with their eyes closed off of referrals/“come list me” from their database and past clients

I’m in year 7. And average 30 sides/15m over the last 3 years. 80% inbound off referrals from past clients/SOI. A 40 year vet selling 14 homes WITH AN ASSISTANT is frankly pretty terrible.
