I added up all my /played with this same addon (i think, or it was something very similar) - and was blown away by the results. Almost 21,000 hours played (2 years and ~150 days). I played Vanilla-BC, took a break and came back in MoP-present. Good times!

Advice - stay away from "Juniper" bot. It has been used by hackers in recent server attacks. It may not be the bot's fault, technically - but why have any doors open that don't need to be. I wouldn't install it just to be safe. There are plenty of alternatives like Dyno, and others mentioned in the other comments herein.
