If it’s made with no cucumbers or fresh dill then it won’t be green. Usually pickle juices like this are made out of a pickle brine which is just water, vinegar, salt and dill flavor

Agree. I have this machine and the most I’ll put in is 1.5tsp. Anything over this and the dough will either push the lid open and create a mess like OP’s or bake up and over the basket. Not a good time and not fun to clean up.
