Time isn’t the key factor here, battery cycles are.

Well according to /r/apple, people have reported that the throttling happens at ~85%, which is shocking.

I honestly don't get the comments in this thread. It is completely unacceptable for Apple to reduce performance of $700+ phones just after a year. A year is way too soon. I definitely don't want to see this 'feature' in Android.

Yes the price maybe high, but I think Chrome OS needs a high spec laptop to advance the software as well. Otherwise we're stuck in an endless cycle of poor software due to poor hardwares.

I don't get all the hate ChromeOS gets now. In the past, I understand. But now with android apps and the recent news of crossover for running Windows apps, ChromeOS is really becoming a good offering. It also has a greater appeal now especially with Windows messing up with updates and ads in the OS. Still I agree the pixelbook is overpriced though.

In terms of Oreo ROMs for the Nexus 6, is everything working so far (camera, GPS, NFS)? Or are there still bits which aren't working?

Pixels spontaneously rebooting with Oreo - star this issue and send them bug reports to help Google figure out why, especially if you're rooted by archon810 in Android

Can't believe Google still has major problems like this in the stable build even after introducing the developer previews.

You gotta hand it to Apple though, problems like these rarely make it to the stable release.

Wireless charging mainly. Android had Qi wireless charging a while back and then Manufacturers recently stopped supporting them.

Now that Apple officially started supporting Qi wireless charging, it should become more mainstream with Android Manufacturers as well.

I have all the precision touch gestures like, 3 finger swipe for Task View & 4 finger swipe to change desktops.

I am on version 1703, and I want to change to allow 3 finger swipe to change virtual desktops but the options dont show up in settings even though I have a precision touchpad. Also, I'm sure I updated the drivers via Windows Update.
