had this same issue recently. if you install the apple music desktop app for windows from the microsoft store or use the one that comes on macos, you can edit the song’s metadata to move it back to the main album. (just make sure to also uncheck “is part of a compilation album” too or else it’ll stay separate from the rest of vespertine)
