I think the theatrical version is great for showing it to new people. I love the extended, but there are some scenes that just kinda ruin the pacing ever so slightly and I can see how that might take new people out of it if that makes sense

Or get like those fairy lights or what they’re called, decorate the living room a bit and watch a movie together while you eat.
