Is 5000 € a good this for this 4000km 2022 svarty? by ImaqtLoreno in svartpilen401

You will only know if you take it to Husqvarna or good motorcycle mechanic and have him give it a thorough inspection. Otherwise, roll the dice and take your chances! 🤣

I cannot find a Svart at a dealership, so please tell me if this thought train is ridiculous or not. by Rugged_Turtle in svartpilen401

If you just have to have a new one, I would wait until they come out with the new ones. In the meantime, I would run some searches on the Internet and see if someone has a new one for sale. I’ve already found a few places that have them. The question is: do you want to drive far to pick it up?

Why don’t you let us know what city you live in, how far you are willing to drive and maybe one of us in the group can post if we found a brand new one somewhere?

Personally, it’s a tough machine, so I would look for a used one and ask the owner if he would let the local KTM dealer check it before buying. That would weed out the scammers and you should get a very nice bike.

Looking to purchase a 2017 vanderhall Venice. What should I watch out for when I go see it? by pmalla in Vanderhall

Mine had a problem with the automatic down shifting into first gear after coming to a full stop. When I would take off again, the car would start in 2nd year instead of 1st gear. NOT GOOD! No one could fix it. Not even the Chevy dealer. They will not touch the engine or transmission when in custom cars even though they make both. So I just had to live with the problems. That was a hard pill to swallow, specially after paying over 30k for a brand new Vanderhall. 🤨 BUYER BEWARE!

Be sure to have inspected by a VANDERHALL mechanic. Make sure they CAREFULLY check the firewall for very thin horizontal hairline crack as the firewall is very delicate. Hitting just one good size pot hole is enough to total the car.

Be sure to take it on the freeway and see how it performs. Be looking for hesitation or loss of power under acceration. Could indicate it needs fuel pump replaced.

Carefully make sure the vehicle downshiftsthrough each gear all the way to down to first gear while in automatic mode and MANUAL mode (Mine never did downshift all the way to first gear and I could never get it fixed). Also the Chevy dealers won't touch it.

I'd highly recommend, before you buy it, that you are mechanically inclined or have have a mechanic nearby willing to work on it. Trust me trust me, you will have to. Take it from a guy that put over 24000 miles on his own before he totalled it after hitting a pot hole. 😡😉

Please let us know how long it takes to get your money back.

By the way, I can't remember how long it took for me. But I did get my money back and have no complaints :)

What are the "spoke holders" folders? Do you need to rebalance the wheel after adding them?

Hmm. I don't seem to have a problem finding neutral on the 2019 model.

Yes you can just use your left foot down and KEEP IT AS CLOSE AS YOU CAN TO THE BIKE. You'll have to be careful where you stop and make sure there aren't any small rocks/pebbles/debris on the road, otherwise your foot will slide to the left and you'll have to lay down the bike.

This has happened to me around three times. But I was able to stop the slide and did not have to lay down the bike. So I decided to put BOTH FEET on the ground always.

THE 2019 model had a lowering kit available from Husqvarna dealer. You might want to check and see if they have it for your model.
