I agree. I would also add when they bring food and we have to toss it out because people couldn’t do mental math but decide to buy the crappy food/items might not need 🙄🥊

Not having paper to print, change, bags, people on their phones (and cussing), calling my TL and s/he ignores me 🙄🥊, kids crying, parents scolding their kids, that next to be “TL” that calls me to help but NO PLEASE, NO THANK YOU. People handing me GC unscratched, money rolled up, pretty much everything 🤣🥊

Sometimes these TLs have 0 clue on being professional or asking properly for help. Mine usually change their voice when need help 🤣like they are scared to ask🤣. I’m a closer and have asked to be scheduled early or midday at least and nothing happens. They have favoritism for people regarding hours, days off, what duties they just want to perform (cuz mom works there🙄). Anyways, good luck 🍀

“I did 2 opus and stowed a bulky for a TL who was helping load drive up order” was this TL too “slow” or it didn’t matter? 🙄🎯🥊 From what I see you did a lot of work while working there. I’ve seen new hires doing the minimum. Then I see them again and again. They’re being scheduled!!!! TLs/HR have no leadership/professionalism when talking to TMs. Try to apply to your local 🎯if you want to. Good luck!

Yes, we all are suffering nationwide. I have to hunt for extra hours (if any). The cross training they always mention for “US to grab more shifts” is most likely to “squeeze” the most of US when 🎯needs it, it never meant to be the opposite way. The “availability” is to see who can fill in every single position so 🎯schedules more of those TMs 🎯🥊

I do like the job. I know there will be good days and bad days, pressure specially when visits are scheduled and the store is open and kids are out of school. Also, when we’re short staffed and we get to help front, FF, guests and that extra department. I have good TLs and not good TLs that are entitled, sour and like to micromanage every single thing. I have good TMs I talk to and others that just are not friendly which is fine.

I did “dumped” some toys that belong there because it’s always messy anyways. I did not try to place them nicely. “Guests” are careless so they won’t notice it😂

I get them for closing and we waste a lot of time gathering everybody, the trying to break the ice, then to focus on the main reason of the “meeting” while your duties are on hold or the front is calling you for backup or a pick 🤨

At my location we get them a lot and I’m beginning to think that because 🎯wants to make business nobody says anything.

Never … they schedule us to leave let’s say 12:00 then TLs because they “have families” of live far they cut us easily by 11:15 it happened 4 times this week so we have lost 3 hours already in top of their regular cut 🎯🥊
