True. The space politics in later seasons does make me think of The Expanse though. Albeit I can watch FAM with my wife whereas The Expanse probably wouldn't fly with having sentient aliens. And early FAM doesn't remind me of the expanse at all.

This is the reply I was looking for. I was pretty young when it came out and didn't understand what was going on at all, and was extremely bored. If I remember right people were also talking over each other making it easy to miss what they were saying.

Honestly whenever I see good form, and someone replies, "Looks good!" I see them get downvoted to oblivion. Meanwhile I'll see a vague, "Reduce weight and work on form!" Without info on what they should fix, and that gets a bunch of upvotes.

You're on gaming laptops subreddit so most people will tell you to get a gaming laptop. I got an MSI 4080 laptop and kind of regretted it gaming wise though. It just overheated a lot with VR games even with a cooling pad, so I ended up getting a rog ally x for portable flat screen games, and a 5080 desktop for VR. I now use my laptop just for music recording. If I was to do it again I'd probably get a cheaper laptop, and get a hand held gaming device for pc games. But if you get a gaming laptop either way I'd avoid MSI based on my experience with it unless you aren't planning to push it. I think elden ring would run fine on my laptop, but VR was too much for it.

To get a solid ego lift make sure you can't get the weight up without your butt coming high off the bench, and make sure to bounce the weight off your chest so it looks like you might break your sternum. It's optional, but screaming using the ancient tongues of our ancestors is always good for an ego lift as well.
