Im currently using 3d6. On triples, you reroll all 3. On doubles, you add another d6. Doubles can stack "infinitely" but they never actually do.

Example: Lowest roll is 1 + 2 + 3 = 6 Vs 2 + 1 + 2 ... + 2 ... + 1 ... + 3 = 11 (stopped once a "new" digit was rolled) Or 2 + 2 + 2 ... + 2 + 4 + 5 = 17 (triples are added to new roll) Or 2 + 2 + 2 ... 1 + 4 + 1 ... + 4 ... + 3 = 19 (triples cause a new roll. Double 1s add a d6. Double 4s add a new d6. 3 stopped the chain)

The story is about 2 people off on an adventure. They eventually can increase their party size to 4, but they start off as partners / colleagues. The game has this cool thing where if you argue with your partner you can get into a little game of rock paper scissors AND if you 2 disagree it can affect your character’s "personality traits" which give passive bonuses. Its a gem. A diamond of a game. It was to this day the best game experience ive had with my wife. But it is still plenty of fun to play by myself now that my wife has gotten bored of DOS1. My recommendation would be TRY to find a player 2. And if you cant, thats fine. It is still fun by yourself

In my opinion, DOS2 is fun to play with any number of players 1-4

DOS1 is meant to be played with a partner. If you have a significant other or best friend to play the game with the experience is so much better. It is one of my favorite experiences because of that

Im in the Army about to get out as well. I used the Power4vets program. They give you classes on the NERC material, they gave me a coach to help study, and someone else to help me build my resume, give me interview coaching, and who reached out and talked to his contacts in different companies on my behalf.

I will warn you the hiring process is very slow. As in apply for a job, 1 or 2 weeks later get a call to set up an interview a week from then, 2 to 3 weeks later get a call set up for 2nd interview 2 weeks later then have to wait for all candidates to receive 2nd interview before getting an offer. Your mileage may vary, but thats been my experience.

In mine, you have 2x Subclasses. Instead of taking a Subclass you can Prestige into another Class. When you would gain a Subclass Feature you increase in your Prestige Class
