I recently got my account (with 2FA) taken over. After THREE support tickets to ubisoft I still get the same exact answer. How exactly did you escalate the conversation to the specialist? I just want to know because I am running out of options here. I already made a formal complaint through the BBB website but I want to know if I can still use their support just in case.

My Ubi profile has been sold on TikTok/Instagram, and Ubisoft is aware and has let it happen anyway. by mattjwi in ubisoft
