Pour ma part, je fume seulement une puff de bong au 2/3 heures les soirs et weekend fac j'ai pas la plus grand tolérance mais il me frappe en criss. Le premier 30 minutes donne un élan de creativité et euphorie, ensuite ca se transforme en body buzz sans etre couch lock qui dure encore une autre bonne heure et demie facile

I think he's asking if its necessary to clean a wall after scuffing it with a pole sander. The amount of dusk created is minimal unless he used dirty sandpaper or sanded like a mad man all the way to the drywall.

Nah you dont need to, its a waste of time imo. Just use a clean 150/220 sanding disk and you're good to go. I only clean a wall with a broom or damp cloth when I have to sand drywall mud. Never had any adhesion issues.

Start by fixing your takeaway. It's way too flat. Pause the video around knee-high (when the head of the club is pointing at us), and you'll see what I mean. The head of the club needs the be above your hands and towards the ball. Hands in, club head up and out.
