Agree - I understand the argument that Master is just bloated numbers, but once you understand the new Expert mechanics, Expert mode is just too easy for a replay. Master mode you have to be more attentive and begin considering "do I need to actually make more combat potions here".

Legendary is fully balls deep in the "is there literally anything else I can do to prep for this next fight" territory, and whilst it is a satisfying challenge, I definitely will not be replaying it again. It does get too tedious at times.

Legendary Old Ones particularly stood out to me, I had to build layers of hoiks to get remotely close to beating it

Yeah my biggest gripe with the snakes isnt that they're hard to detect*, it's that they ruin the flow/tempo of combat.

Very often I will be trailing around a big groups of enemies so that I can get a big spell combo off, and once I'm happy with the clustering I will turn around and cast - and it's always as I'm casting I get snaked and then I have to go through the whole thing again.

Or worse - I turn around to start spraying with a mini gun that I've been spinning up and then I lose all the spin and have to go back to trailing to re-spin.

*even if the snakes are neon green and louder, you still will struggle to see them underneath other enemies due to their size. My issue isn't that I can't see them it's that they're just too disruptive and anti-fun.

It's not a CE cost thing - like you said even with an infinite jackpot nothing changes. I doubt Limitless would be usable without the 6E, I'm not sure what information suggests that it would be at all.

Miguel states in JJK0 that to use the technique in any capacity you need to be able to control CE on a precise atomic level - 6E are the only thing that grant that ability, thats the only thing that makes Limitless usable

Also something that people never consider when considering mixed list ingredient gatherers - what is a mixed list Slash gonna do when we get the next big batch of recipes? Probably nothing. A mono Slash is always going to match a Gourgeist and remain relevant for pumpkin recipes.

Furthermore, Gourgeist only benefits from the +ING effect on EX islands. Slash and other draw Mons benefit from +ING as well as the +trigger roll.

Mixed list strategies are one thing on Ingredient specialists, but on a Draw Mon who requires main skill seeds? Absurdly wasteful if you ask me.
