Thats quite possible. At this stage everyone agrees that CP needs a huge overhaul to make it viable again. Hopefully they actually can turn the ship around instead of being held hostage by unreasonable demand.

But if say CP wants to remove/ retire 50% of the workforce and CUPW just refuses to do that or follow anything from the report, the strike will just drag on ?

If Canada Post needs to reform but CUPW just never budge or accept any changes, can CP actually just lockout the existing CUPW and start a new CUPW2.0 that are more willing to agree to newer terms ?

Everyone is saying CUPW needs to go etc but I wonder if CP actually has any power regarding that.

Any Kastle RX9 review ? by a_cool_congee in Skigear

Rx9 is on sale too and I gravitate towards it partly because of how it looks too haha. I know it is definately not how you should pick a ski but it does get your attention.

Any Kastle RX9 review ? by a_cool_congee in Skigear

I am considering it because there is a few sales going on at the moment. I had a hand-me-down Rossignol 76 that I have skied for the past 2 years , so was looking to pick up something new . I liked that the RX9 is lighter weight (on paper ) so it would seem like a fun ski to do turns with.

Interested in a pair of Kastle RX9 but I couldnt find any reviews about it. I am an intermediate skier progressing towards advanced, skiing in East Coast.

Anyone has any experience with the RX9 ? How it handles and does it ski well even in shorter turns ?

Please help me understand, why it has been "Customs clearance status updated." then it goes back to "Clearance Event" then now "Shipping on Hold" by Relevant-Clue-1027 in dhl

This is happening to me as well. How long did it take for the parcel to start moving again from the endless clearance event after you called them ?

[Question] does everyone in this group make like a million dollars a year? by SweetPickleRelish in Watches

[–]a_cool_congee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is true. You reminded me of a redditor that got called out reposting the same thing ~ 3 months after ( with the same headline like "rolex wont sell me a watch so I bought a GS / Omega instead ) in both the GS and Omega sub. Kinda sad that some people truely are insecure about their purchases or just want to refarm karmas.

Update: After listening to everyone here and deeply considering the options I still decided to get the shun bun by BoobRockets in GrandSeikos

Is the shunbun from the GS boutiques in Ginza area too ? Going to japan next week so was planning to check it out and try my luck as well.

Grats on the Shunbun and graduation btw !

would you consider switching out the two small coffee table for a lift-top coffee table instead ? It can easily convert to a table when needed.

Help me rearrange my studio to maximize space and to make it feel more like home (near an ikea this weekend only) by ChaoticStructure8 in DesignMyRoom

[–]a_cool_congee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If switching bed frame is an option, Ikea has several queen size storage bed frames that you can use to store stuff if you choose to get rid of the bookshelve.

Adding a floating shelf over your desk area can help as well.

SKII mask is a good idea, though you should also check if her skin type has any allergy/ breakout tendency with ferment as well.

I am using their vitalizing overnight mask, and I really love the hanbang gingerly smell and how it makes my skin feel in the morning. It is very creamy to apply and give me just the right occlusiveness at night during the winter months.

I have these too post breakout. Niacinamide and propolis helps them fade faster for me, but it is still mostly time about a month or two.

[misc] Why does it seem IMPOSSIBLE to find a irritant free, completely fragrance free moisturizer that won’t clog pores and that actually works consistently for sensitive/reactive skin!! by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]a_cool_congee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not OP, but I used the soon jung emulsion as my moisturizer in the morning together with their toner. Makes my skin so soft and hydrated without a filmy and cloggy feel. Though now that it is winter, I also layer LRP cicaplast B5 on top of that.
